Negotiations Steering Committees

The Negotiations Steering Committee is charged with assisting and supporting the Bargaining Team. The Negotiations and Steering Committee:

  1. Develops surveys and compiles survey results and comments;
  2. Records input from elementary, middle and high school level members; and
  3. Records input from members concerning IPD, Co-curricular, and Special Services.
  4. Provides information to the membership on the bargaining process and progress.
  5. Develops and proposes contract language for the Bargaining Team
  6. Provides training for future Bargaining Team Members

The Negotiations Steering Committee reviews information gathered from members and makes recommendations to the Bargaining Team.
