Negotiations Steering Committees
Chairperson - Jeanne Pittenger
The Negotiations Steering Committee is charged with assisting and supporting the Bargaining Team. The Negotiations and Steering Committee:
- Develops surveys and compiles survey results and comments;
- Records input from elementary, middle and high school level members; and
- Records input from members concerning IPD, Co-curricular, and Special Services.
- Provides information to the membership on the bargaining process and progress.
- Develops and proposes contract language for the Bargaining Team
- Provides training for future Bargaining Team Members
The Negotiations Steering Committee reviews information gathered from members and makes recommendations to the Bargaining Team.
